B超结合CT检查对进展期胃癌转移的诊断准确性分析

目的:分析比较B超、CT检查以及两者结合在了解进展期胃癌转移情况的应用价值.方法:采用回顾性分析方法,对我院2012年至2014年收治的64例进展期胃癌合并转移的患者进行调查,所有患者术前均进行B超和CT检查,术后均进行组织病理检查,并对检查结果进行比较分析. 结果:B超对进展期胃癌淋巴结转移、肝转移、其他器官转移的诊断准确率分别为90.9%、85.0%、72.7%,总的诊断准确率为85.9%;CT检查对进展期胃癌淋巴结转移、肝转移、其他器官转移的诊断准确率分别为87.9%、85.0%、72.7%,总的诊断准确率为84.4%,两者诊断准确率没有差别(χ2=2.23,P ﹥0. 05);B超结合CT检查对进展期胃癌淋巴结转移、肝转移、其他器官转移的诊断准确率分别为97.0%、95.0%、90.0%,总的诊断准确率为95.3%,高于两者单独使用( P<0.05). 结论:B超与CT检查诊断进展期胃癌淋巴结转移、肝转移、其他器官转移的准确率均较高,但两者结合的诊断准确率要高于两者单独使用,有较高的临床应用价值.

Application of B Ultrasound Combined with CT Examination to Advanced Gastric Cancer Metastasis Situation

Objective:To analyze the application of B ultrasound and CT in the understanding of the me-tastasis of gastric cancer. Method:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 64 patients with advanced gas-tric cancer metastasis from our hospital from 2012 to 2014, all the patients took preoperative B ultrasound and CT examination, postoperative histopathologic examination, and the result of inspection was comparative-ly analyzed. Result:The diagnosis accuracy rates of advanced gastric cancer with lymph node metastasis, the liver metastasis and other organ metastasis by B ultrasound were 90.9%, 85.0% and 72.7%, overall diagnos-tic accuracy rate was 85.9%;the diagnosis accuracy rates of advanced gastric cancer with lymph node metas-tasis, the liver metastasis and other organ metastasis by CT were 87.9%, 85.0% and 72.7%, overall diag-nostic accuracy was 84.4%, and their diagnostic accuracy rate had no significant difference (χ2=2.23,P>0.05);The diagnosis accuracy rates of advanced gastric cancer lymph node metastasis, liver metastasis and other organ metastasis by B ultrasound combined with CT examination were 97.0%, 95. 0%, 90.0%, overall diagnostic accuracy rate was 95.3%, and the diagnostic accuracy rates were higher than either used separate-ly ( P<0.05) . Conclusion:The diagnosis accuracy rates of advanced gastric cancer lymph node metasta-sis, liver metastasis and other organ metastasis by B ultrasound or CT examination are high, but diagnostic accuracy rates of their combination are higher than either used separately, so there is a high clinical applica-tion value in B ultrasound combined with CT examination .
