灵芝多糖的抑瘤作用及对小鼠免疫系统影响的实验研究

摘    要:目的:探究分析灵芝多糖的抑制作用及其对小鼠免疫系统的影响. 方法:随机选取95只小鼠并采用瘤细胞建立免疫抑制动物模型,将所选小鼠随机分为48例实验组和47例对照组,实验组小鼠采用灵芝多糖口服液灌注,对照组小鼠给予生理盐水灌注,观察并分析灵芝多糖对小鼠的存活期、抑瘤作用及免疫系统的影响作用. 结果:实验组肿瘤小鼠的生存期明显高于对照组肿瘤小鼠(P<0.05) ,并且实验组小鼠血清中TNF-α、IL-2水平显著提高,其肿瘤细胞NK活性及淋巴细胞增生率也显著高于对照组( P<0.05). 结论:灵芝多糖对小鼠肿瘤无直接抑制作用,其抗肿瘤功效主要是通过机体的免疫系统介导,并且灵芝多糖能够有效延长机体生存期.

Tumor Suppression Function and the Effect of Ganoderma Lucidum Polysaccharide on the Immune System of Mice
Abstract:Objective:To explore the inhibition of ganoderma polysaccharides and its effects on the im-mune system of mice. Method:95 mice were randomly selected and established the animal model of immu-nosuppression by tumor cell, then randomly divided into experimental group ( 48 cases) and control group ( 47 cases) . The mice in the experimental group were given ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide by oral liquid infusion, while the mice in the control group were given saline infusion, then the inluemce of ganoderma lu-cidum polysaccharides on mice survival time, tumor suppression effect and the immune system were observed and analyzed. Result:The survival period of the experimental mice in the experimental group was obviously higher than that of the control group ( P <0.05) , and serum TNF alpha, IL-2 levels of mice in the experi-mental group increased significantly, the tumor cells, NK activity and lymphocyte proliferation rate was also significantly higher than that of control group ( P < 0.05) . Conclusion:Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide has no direct inhibitory effect on tumor in mice and its anti-tumor effect is mainly mediated by the immune system, and ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides can effectively prolong thesurvival. time.
