鼠神经生长因子联合丹红对2型糖尿病周围神经病变临床症状及神经传导速度的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨鼠神经生长因子联合丹红治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变( DPN)临床疗效及安全性. 方法:选择89例DP N患者分为观察组45例和对照组44例,观察组给予鼠神经生长因子联合丹红,对照组给予甲钴胺联合丹红,治疗前后测定正中神经和腓总神经的感觉传导速度( SNCV)、运动传导速度( MNCV) ,行多伦多临床评分系统( TCSS)评分. 结果:治疗前,两组患者TCSS评分、正中神经、腓总神经的MNCV及SNCV相似,差异无统计学意义( P>005);疗程结束时,两组TCSS评分较治疗前均下降,正中神经、腓总神经的MNCV及SNCV较治疗前均增加,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05) ,但是观察组改善幅度较对照组更显著( P<005). 观察组显效20例、有效23例和无效2例;对照组显效15例、有效21例和无效8例,差异有统计学意义( P<005). 两组患者治疗期间未见严重不良反应发生. 结论:鼠神经生长因子联合丹红可以有效缓解2 型糖尿病DP N 的临床症状,提高神经传导速度,安全性高.

Mouse Nerve Growth Factor Combined with Danhong Injection on the Nerve Conductive Velocity and Clinical Symptoms of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the safety and clinical efficacies of mouse nerve growth factor com-bined with Danhong injection ( traditional Chinese medicine) in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy ( DPN) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Method:A total of 89 DPN patients were divided into ob-servation group and control group, with 45 patients in the observation group and 44 patients in the control group. The observation group was given mouse nerve growth factor injection combined with Danhong injec-tion, while the control group given Mecobalamin injection combined with Danhong injection, and then the pre- and post- therapy sensory conduction velocities ( SNCV ) and motor nerve conduction velocities (MNCV) of median nerve and common peroneal nerve, and Toronto clinical scoring system (TCSS) scores were determined. Result: Before the therapies, the patients of the two groups had similar TCSS scores, MNCV and SNCV of median nerve and common peroneal nerve, and the differences were statistically insig-nificant ( P>005) . At the end of the therapies, both groups had decreased TCSS scores and increased MNCV and SNCV of median nerve and common peroneal nerve, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05), but the observation group had greater improving extents than the control group (P<0.05). Of the observation group, 20 patients were responsive to the therapy excellently, 23 patients were responsive to the therapy, and 2 patients were unresponsive to the therapy; while of the control group, 15 patients were re-sponsive to the therapy excellently, 21 patients were responsive to the therapy, and 8 patients were unrespon-sive to the therapy;and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . In the treatment period, no severe adverse reactions occurred in the patients of either group.Conclusion:Mouse nerve growth factor com-bined with Danhong injection can effectively release the clinical symptoms of DPN and elevate the nerve con-ductive velocity in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, with high safety.
