血浆Hcy水平与急性脑梗死TOAST分型和OCSP分型的关系研究

目的:观察血浆同型半胱氨酸( Hcy)水平与急性脑梗死TOAST分型和OCSP 分型的关系. 方法:选取急性脑梗死患者173例和健康体检者98例,检测两者血浆Hcy水平并进行比较,对急性脑梗死进行TOAST和OCSP 分型,比较各分型Hcy水平和SNSS评分变化. 结果:急性脑梗死Hcy水平明显高于健康体检者,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05). LACI型、PACI型、POCI型、TACI型中Hcy依次升高,SNSS评分依次降低,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05). SAO型、LAA型、SUE型、CE型SNSS评分依次降低,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05). 结论:血浆Hcy检测、OCSP 分型能较好的评估急性脑梗死病情严重程度,有助于指导临床治疗和病情预后,值得临床参考使用.

The Relationship between Plasma Homocysteine and Different Classification of TOAST and OCSP Type in ACI

Objective:To observe the relationship between plasma homocysteine and different classifica-tion of TOAST and OCSP type in acute cerebral infarction ( ACI) . Method:173 patients with acute cerebral infarction and 98 health volunteers were selected, the plasma Hcy levels were compared, TOAST and OCSP type were made, Hcy levels and SNSS scores were compared. Result: The Hcy levels of acute cerebral in-farction exceeded health volunteers, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The Hcy levels of LACI type, PACI type, POCI type and TACI type increased in turn, but SNSS scores decreased in turn, these differences were statistically significant( P<0.05) . The SNSS scores of SAO type, LAA type, SUE type and CE type decreased in turn, the differences were statistically significant ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusion: The plasma homocysteine levels and OCSP type are good methods to estimate disease severity of acute cerebral in-farction, which can guide clinical treatment and prognosis, therefore, worthy of clinical reference.
