| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨戊四唑(PTZ)致痫大鼠脑电图的变化及中药柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤对其影响。方法:成年SD大鼠30只随机分为3组(每组10只):正常对照组、PTZ致痫组、柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤组。采用多导生理记录仪记录大鼠脑电变化情况。结果:柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤组大鼠脑电图痫波潜伏期较PTZ致痫组延长(P<0.05);痫波持续时间明显缩短(P<0.01);发作频率明显减少(P<0.01)。结论:柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤可明显抑制PTZ诱导大鼠癫痫发作。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the changes of electroencephalography(EEG) in rats with pentylenetetrazol(PTZ)-induced seizure and to explore the effect of bupleurum adds dragon's bone and oyster's shell soup(BDOS).Methods: Thirty SD rats were randomly divided into three groups(10 rats in each group): control group, epilepsy model group and BDOS group.EEG of rats was recorded with multipurpose polygraph.Results: In BDOS group,the incubation period of epilepticwave is prolonged(P<0.05);the duration and frequencies of epileptic wave were all obviously reduced(P<0.01).Conclusion: BDOS can significantly inhibit the PTZ-induced seizures of rats. |
