| 摘 要： | 本文报道了７例门静脉结构异常的影象诊断，包括门静脉海绵样变３例，门静脉重度狭窄２例，门静脉畸形１例，１例门静脉海绵样变血管结构同正常门静脉系统同时存在。检查方法包括ＵＳ、ＣＴ、ＭＲＩ和动脉法门静脉造影，ＵＳ和ＭＲＩ对门静脉结构异常的显示尚不能为ＴＩＰＳＳ治疗提供满意的信息，正确诊断率有待进一步提高，在行ＴＩＰＳＳ治疗的前，如疑有门静脉结构异常，应行间接门静脉造影，以判断ＴＩＰＳＳ治疗可行性。

| Abstract: | The imaging of stucture abnormality of the portal vein(PV) in seven patients was investigated,The abnormality included 3 cases of portal vein cavernous transformation (PVCT), severe stenosis of PV in 2 cases, congenital malformation in 1 case, and coexistance of PVCT with mormal Portal vein in 1 case. The observation of the PV was by means of angiography as well as US, CT, MRi and the prior one is the major process for the final diagnosis. The indirect angiography of PV is necessory to the placement of transjugular intrahepatic porto-systemic shunt stent(TIPSS), because of the false negative of US, MRI for the structure abnormality of PV, particularlly, when the observation of the PV with US, MRI is not satisfactory. The importance of structure abnormality of PV to the TIPSS was discussed in detail. |
