| 摘 要： | 目的总结经胸前皮肤切口内镜下甲状腺包块切除术的经验.方法回顾分析经胸前皮肤切口内镜下甲状腺包块切除术的临床资料.结果成功实施12例,无中转常规手术,颈部无疤痕,美容效果好,无严重并发症.结论经胸前皮肤切口内镜下甲状腺包块切除术是可行的,特别适合对美容有特殊要求的患者.

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the experiences in endoscopic excision of thyroid nodule via the anterior chest approach. Methods The clinical data from endoscopic excision of thyroid nodule via the anterior chest approach were analyzed retrospectively. Results Endoscopic excision of thyroid nodule was performed successfully in 12 cases without converting to ordinary ways and cosmetic results were achieved without scar in the neck. No serious complications were found. Conclusion Endoscopic excision of thyroid nodule via the anterior chest approach is feasible and particularly suitable for those who have special demand for cosmetic result. |
