| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨全麻联合胸椎旁神经阻滞对肺手术患者麻醉效果的影响。方法:86例择期开胸行肺手术患者随机分为全麻联合胸椎旁神经阻滞组(E组)及单纯全麻组(F组),观察2组患者术中的血流动力学,芬太尼及异氟烷的用量及术后镇痛效果。结果:E组患者与F组相比,E组患者的术中血流动力学更趋平稳,术中芬太尼及异氟烷用量少,术后清醒时间早及镇痛效果更好(P<0.01)。结论:对肺部手术患者采取全麻联合胸椎旁神经阻滞比单纯用全麻的麻醉效果好。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the anesthetic effect of general anesthesia combined thoracic paravertebral block on lung operation. Method：Eighty-six patients scheduled for lung operation were divided into two groups randomly.The group E patient received general anesthesia combined with the thoracic paravertebral block, while group F received general anesthesia only. Result：When compared with group F, the hemodynamics were smoother, the dose of fentanyl and isoflurane during operation were lower and the pain free interval from the end of operation to the first dose of analgetic is longer in the patients of group Conclusion：The general anesthesia combined with the thoracic paravertebral block is superior to general anesthesia for the lung operation with the advantage of smoother hemodynamics, less anesthetic and longer pain free interval from the end of operation. |
