口腔小唾液腺粘液囊肿的病例分析

目的：分析粘液囊肿患者的年龄和发病部位，比较两种治疗方法的疗效。方法：收集了2009～2012年到无锡市第三人民医院就诊的67例口腔小唾液腺粘液囊肿患者的年龄和发病部位，并随机采取手术摘除和注射治疗。结果：67例患者中，小于15岁的儿童为43．3％，10～20岁的患者为50．8％。54例位于下唇，11例位于舌腹，2例位于颊部。手术切除治愈率94．4％，碘酊注射的治愈率93．5％。结论：儿童和青少年患粘液囊肿的比例很高，下唇发病率高，手术切除和碘酊注射的治愈率没有差别。

Cases analysis of oral mucocele

Objective Analysis patient＇s age and disease site of oral mucocele.Compare the two treatment methods of oral mucocele. Methods The study population consisted of 67 people presenting with mucocele, who visited the third people＇s hospital of Wuxi,between 2009 and 2012. Patients were treated by surgical removal and injection therapy randomly. Results The incidence rate of less than 15 years is 43.3%. The incidence rate of 10N20 is 50.8%, Surgery cure rate was 94.4%. Injection cure rate was 93.5%. Conclusion Mucoceles can affect the general population, but most commonly children and young patients. The most common location of the mucocele is the lower lip. Surgery and injection therapy had no different.
