全牙列[牙合]垫固定和真空压膜牙托固定治疗年轻恒牙根折的效果比较

目的：考察并对比全牙列牙合] 垫固定和真空压膜牙托固定治疗年轻恒牙根折的效果。方法：收集2010年3月～2012年4月在我院牙科门诊接收的根折的年轻恒牙患儿72例，将所有患儿随机分为两组：38例真空压膜牙托固定组和34例全牙列牙矬固定组。结果：真空压膜牙托固定组成功24例，显效14例，失败18例，总有效38例，有效率67．9％，全牙列牙A垫固定组成功30例，显效15例，失败8例，总有效45例，有效率84．9％，与真空压膜牙托固定组比，全牙列牙A垫固定组总有效例（率）较高（P〈0．05）。结论：恒牙压根折建议采用全牙列牙合垫固定进行治疗。

Comparative effects of the occlusal palate and vacuum suction membrane palate for root fracture in immature permanent incisors

Objective To investigate and compare the effect of the vacuum suction membrane palate and occlusal palate for root fracture in immature permanent incisors. Methods From March 2010 to April 2012, 72 child patients of root fracture in immature permanent incisors in our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups：38 cases of vacuum suction membrane palate group and 34 cases of occlusal palate group. Results After treatment,among the success cases of the vacuum suction membrane palate group,24 cases successful,14 cases effective,38 cases of total effect.Among occlusal palate group,30 cases successful,15 cases effective,45 cases of total effect. Compared with the vacuum suction membrane palate group, the occlusal palate group＇s total effective cases was higher （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Occlusal palate should be recommended to treat immature permanent incisors.
