| 摘 要： | 目的：评价正畸治疗采用Smartclip自锁托槽矫治器的优越性。方法：随机抽取，临床病例72例，其中使用Smartclip自锁托槽的36例（A组）、传统MBT金属托槽36例（B组），所有病例均为恒牙期错耠畸形，中度拥挤。分别记录基本排齐所需要的时间，并进行统计学分析。结果：A组排齐时间为3．6个月，B组的排齐时间为5．9个月，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：SmartcliP自锁托槽矫治器能明显缩短牙齿排齐时间，从而缩短疗程。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the superiority of Smart clip self-ligating appliance in orthodontic treatment. Methods 72 dental cases of patients were selected randomly..36 used the Smart clip self-ligating appliance,36 used traditional metal brackets （MBT）.The duration of alignment were respectively recorded. Results The results showed that the duration of alignment was Group A 3.6 months,Group B 5.9months. Conclusion Smart clip self-ligating appliance can significantly reduce the time of alignment. |
