浅论风药在湿病论治中的应用

风药指味薄气轻,具有发散上升之效的一类药物。根据文献总结,风药可分为发散外风类、平熄内风类及搜风类药物等三类。风药的应用常见于临床各科疾病,在湿病治疗中使用尤其广泛。湿邪为六淫之一,其病病因繁杂,致病多样,风药在湿病证治中常与他药配伍应用,其主要有升发脾胃阳气、调理三焦气机、开玄府透邪及通利血脉等四个作用.在湿病具体应用中,风药根据病机与其配伍药物而发挥不同作用,临床使用当细审病机,辨证论治,正确应用风药。

Discussion of Application of Wind Drugs in Treatment of Dampness

Wind drugs are the herbs that taste light with dispersing,ascending property.The herbs are divided into three types according to literature:herbs with function of diffusing external wind,calming internal wind and expelling wind evil.Wind Drugs are widely used in the disease,especilly in dampness syndrome.Damp evil is one of the the six external factors which cause multifarious diseases.In compatibility of other herbs in treatment of dampness,the Wind Drugs have four functions:rising yang qi of spleen and stomach,regulating the triple energizer qi activity,expelling the pathogens by opening sweat pore and promoting blood circulation.The Wind Drugs have different effects on the basis of different pathogenesis and compatibility in specific dampness applications,it should be used correctly based on careful pathogenesis observation and syndrome differenciation.
