强心活力方对心肌梗死后慢性心衰大鼠心功能和氧化应激的作用研究

摘    要:目的:探究强心活力方对心肌梗死后慢性心衰大鼠心功能和氧化应激反应的作用。方法:采用冠脉结扎法制备大鼠慢性心衰模型,4 w后随机分为假手术组、模型组、中药高、低剂量组、参附组,分别灌服相应药物治疗,4 w后测血流动力学指标,取血比较各组血清MDA、T-SOD、GSH-PX含量差异。结果:血流动力学方面模型组与假手术组比较,中药高、低剂量组及参附组与模型组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);氧化应激方面中药低剂量组及参附组与假手术组相比T-SOD、GSH-PX均升高,有统计学差异(P0.05),中药各组间与参附组无明显统计学差异。结论:强心活力方对慢性心衰动物有保护作用,其保护作用与改善血流动力学及提高T-SOD、GSH-PX活性,改善机体氧化应激状态有关。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of Qiangxin Huoli Recipe on cardiac function and oxidative stress in rats with chronic heart failure after myocardial infarction.Methods:The rat model of chronic heart failure was established by coronary artery ligation.Four weeks later,the rats were randomly divided into sham operation group,model group,cardiac activity high and low dose group,Shenfu injection group,filling and take corresponding drug treatment,4 weeks after measuring hemodynamic indexes,blood make comparison between groups of serum MDA,T-SOD,GSH-PX content differences.Results:the hemodynamic model group compared with the sham group,cardiac activity high,low dose group and Shenfu group compared with the model group,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05);In oxidative stress low dose group and Shenfu group compared with the sham operation group,T-SOD and GSH-PX increased,there were significant differences (P < 0.05),Chinese medicine between each group and Shenfu group had no significant difference.Conclusion:Cardiac Activity Recipe has protective effects on chronic heart failure animals,and its protective effect is related to improving hemodynamics and enhancing T-SOD and GSH-PX activity and improving oxidative stress in organism.
