| 摘 要： | 本文通过介绍张永臣教授对月经先期病因病机的认识,总结了老师的辨证思路—治疗的重点在审病求因、辨清疾病的虚实寒热,并结合相关病案,系统的介绍了老师的外治三联法的内容,即针刺、刺络拔罐、脐疗法相结合的外治体系,进一步总结了张永臣教授治疗月经先期的取穴原则以及"治神"理论、"气街、四海"理论、"标本根结"理论和"原穴"等理论依据。

| Abstract: | This article aim to introduce professor Zhang's experience about the preceded menstrual cycle's etiological factors and pathogenesis.Integrated with some clinical case,we introduce professor Zhang's external treatments of TCM,including Acupuncture,Pricking blood and Cupping、the Umbilical therapy,and summarize the acupoints selection rule、theoretical basis.Professor Zhang choose some points which are tonifying Qi and Blood,nourishing Liver and Kidney,according to the "Zhishen" theory,"Qijie and Sihai" theory,"Biaoben and Genjie" theory and "Yuan Point" theory. |
