芪龙活络方治疗气虚血瘀型缺血性中风的临床观察

目的:评价芪龙活络方治疗气虚血瘀型缺血性中风的临床疗效,观察芪龙活络方对中风后残疾程度、生活自理能力和脑功能缺损程度变化的影响。方法:将120例气虚血瘀型中风患者随机分成观察组和对照组各60例,对照组给予内科基础治疗,观察组在内科基础治疗基础上给予芪龙活络方。观察2组治疗前、治疗后14 d、治疗后28 d 3个时间点的改良Rankin量表评分(mRS)、巴氏指数评分(Bathel Index)及NIHSS评分变化。结果:芪龙活络方治疗后14 d、28 d的总有效率分别为85.0%和98.3%,均优于对照组(P0.05);14 d后2组各项观察指标评分均较治疗前改善,观察组(P0.01),对照组(P0.05),观察组优于对照组(P0.05或P0.01);28 d后2组各项指标评分均较治疗前显著改善(P0.01),观察组各项评分明显优于对照组,统计学有显著性差异(P0.01)。结论:芪龙活络方对气虚血瘀型缺血性中风在急性期和恢复期均有较好的治疗作用,其临床疗效优于对照组。

Clinical Research on Qilong Huoluo Granules for Treatment of Ischemic Stroke Patients with Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:To evaluate clinical effect of Qilong Huoluo Granules (QHG) for treatment of ischemic stroke patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,and to observe the effect of QHG on the degree of disability,life self-care ability and the degree of brain function impairment of ischemic stroke patients.Methods:120 cases of stroke patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into observation group and the control group (n =60),control group given medicine foundation treatment,and the observation group given QHG based on the basis.Results:Core changes of two groups on modified Rankin scale score (mRS),pap Index score (Bathel Index) and NIHSS score in before and after treatment of 14 d,28 d three time points.The total effective rate of QHG side respectively was 85.0％ and 98.3％ after 14 d and 28 d,both were better than control group (P ＜0.05);each observation index score of two groups was improved after 14 d,the observation group (P ＜0.01),the control group (P ＜ 0.05),the observation group is better than that of control group (P ＜ 0.05 or P ＜ 0.01);All the indicators score of two groups were improved significantly (P ＜ 0.01) afte 28 d,the observation group scores were better than control group,statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion:QHG has a better therapeutic effecton on qi deficiency and blood stasis type of ischemic stroke in acute stage and convalescence,the clinical curative effect is better than the control group.
