HPLC同时测定复方防己注射液中延胡索乙素、粉防己碱和防己诺林的含量

目的:建立同时测定复方防己注射液中延胡索乙素、粉防己碱和防己诺林的含量的方法。方法:色谱条件Diamonsil C_(18)(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.2%三乙胺梯度洗脱,检测波长为280 nm。结果:延胡索乙素、粉防己碱和防己诺林碱线性范围分别为0.5556~4.630μg,8.772~73.10μg和5.133~42.775μg(r=0.9999)。方法回收率分别为98.9%,102.5%,100.6%(RSD2%)。结论:本方法准确,简便,可为复方防己注射液中延胡索乙素、粉防己碱和防己诺林的含量测定方法提供依据。

Determination of Tetrahydropalmatine,Tetrandrine and Fangchinoline in Compound Tetrandrine Injection by HPLC

Objective:To establsh a method for determination of Tetrahydropalmatine,Tetrandrine and Fangchinoline in Compound Tetrandrine injection.Methods:The condition for HPLC was C18column (4.6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm,Diamonsil),the mobile phase was a mixture ofacetonitrile-0.2％ triethylamine with gradient elution,the detecting wavelength was 280nm.Results:The standard curve of Tetrahydropalmatine,Tetrandrine and Fangchinoline was linear in the range of 0.5556 ～ 4.630 μg,8.772 ～ 73.10 μg and 5.133 ～42.775 μg and the coefficient was 0.9999,0.9999 and 0.9999 respectively.The average recovery was 98.9％,102.5％ and 100.6％,RSD ＜ 2％.Conclusion:The method was simple and specific,can be used for the quality control of Tetrahydropalmatine,Tetrandrine and Fangchinoline in Compound Tetrandrine injection.
