雷火灸联合刺络放血疗法治疗膝关节炎的疗效观察

目的:观察雷火灸联合刺络放血疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的60例膝关节骨性关节炎患者按随机数字表分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。观察组给予雷火灸联合刺络放血疗法,雷火灸1次/d,刺络放血1次/2 d,共治疗2 w。对照组给予常规针刺治疗,1次/d,5次后休息2 d,连续治疗2 w,通过WOMAC评分及VAS评分比较2组疗效。结果:治疗结束后,观察组的疼痛、僵直、日常活动度评分及总分均减低,与治疗前经比较,均有显著性差异(均P0.05),对照组的各项评分也均减低,但与治疗前比较,只有疼痛、日常活动度评分及总分有显著性差异(均P0.05),而僵直评分无显著性差异(P0.05);治疗结束后,观察组的疼痛、僵直、日常活动度评分及总分均低于对照组,与对照组比较,均有显著性差异(均P0.05)。结论:雷火灸联合刺络放血疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎较常规针刺治疗效果更优,值得临床推广应用。

Observation on Curative Effect of Thunder-fire Moxibustion Combined with Blood-letting on Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of thunder-fire moxibustion combined with blood-letting on knee osteoarthritis.Methods:60 patients met the inclusion criteria of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30cases in each group.The observation group was given the treatment of blood-letting therapy combined with thunder-fire moxibustion,thunder-fire moxibustion once each day,blood-letting therapy every two days,the control group was just given the treatment of routine acupuncture,also once each day,have a break after five treatment,after two weeks of Continuous treatment,compare WOMAC score and VAS score,then make therapeutic evaluation.Results:After the treatment,the pain,stiffness,physical function score and total score lower than before the treatment,there was significant difference (P ＜ 0.05),the score of control group also reduced than before,while there was only significant difference in the pain,physical function and total score analysis,(P ＜ 0.05)),there wasn't significant difference in stiffness score analysis (P ＜ 0.05));After treatment,the scores of observation group were lower than control group,and by contrast,there was significant difference (P ＜0.05).Conclusion:The effect of thunder-fire moxibustion combined with blood-letting is more significant than routine acupuncture,which should be applied in clinical practice.
