艾烟安全性评价方法概述

艾灸是临床常用的传统治疗方法,一直以来有关艾灸燃烧时产生的烟雾的安全性备受关注,但由于相关研究采用的方法学不同,导致研究结果差异比较大。本文通过对近二十年来对艾烟成分、动物毒理性实验,体外毒理实验、临床安全性评价的研究方法及结果的总结,梳理了目前艾烟安全性评价的主要方法,为后续艾烟安全性评价实验者提供方法学参考。

Summarize the Methods Used to Evaluate the Safety of Moxa Smoke

Moxibustion,a Chinese traditional treatment method,has been used commonly in clinic.All the time,people pay more attention to the safety of the smoke is producted when moxa burns.However,there are slightly large difference in research results because of different research methods of moxa smoke.The research methods and results of chemical compositions of moxa smoke,mouse 's toxicology experiment,external toxicology experiment and evaluate clinical safety of moxa smoke are summarized.The main research methods of evaluate the safety of moxa smoke are combed,in order to provide methodology reference for evaluating the safety of moxa smoke in the future.
