九味镇心颗粒治疗广泛性焦虑症疗效与安全性的系统评价

目的:系统评价九味镇心颗粒与坦度螺酮、帕罗西汀、丁螺环酮对照治疗广泛性焦虑症患者的疗效与安全性。方法:计算机检索维普中文数据库、万方医学网、中国知网(CNKI)、EMbase、Pubmed及EBSCO中九味镇心颗粒治疗广泛性焦虑症的临床随机对照研究(RCT),检索时限从建库至2016年10月。2名研究者根据纳入与排除标准提取数据后并进行文献质量评价。采用Cochrane协作网推荐的Rev Man5.0软件对各效应指标进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入12篇RCT,合计1407例患者。Meta分析结果显示,九味镇心颗粒与坦度螺酮、帕罗西汀、丁螺环酮显效率(P=0.73)和HAMD评分(P=0.33)差异无统计学意义(P0.05);不良反应方面,九味镇心颗粒发生口干[P=0.001,OR=0.51,95%Cl(0.34,0.77)]、恶心[P=0.05,OR=0.60,95%Cl(0.36,1.00)]、心动过速[P=0.03,OR=0.19,95%Cl(0.04,0.87)]及乏力[P=0.03,OR=0.15,95%Cl(0.03,0.83)]均少于对照组,其他不良反应的发生率无统计学差异(P0.05)。结论:与传统西药相比,九味镇心颗粒治疗广泛性焦虑症疗效上并无显著差异,不良反应也未增加,且口干、恶心、心动过速及乏力的发生率更低。

Systematic Review of the Efficacy and Safety of Jiuwei Zhenxin Granules in the Treatment of Generalized Anxiety Disorder

Objective:To compare the differences in the efficacy and side effects between tandospirone,paroxetine,buspirone and jiuwei zhenxin granules the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder.Methods:Searched the clinical control study of the jiuwei zhenxin granules the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder by chinese or English data bank.Deadline from create database to October 2016.The Revman5.0 software meta analysis of all dose groups.Results:Into 12 RCTs,research the number of cases a total of 1407 cases.Meta-analysis showed:the efficacy (P =0.73) and HAMD scores (P =0.33) of tandospirone,paroxetine,buspirone and jiuwei zhenxin granules were no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05).In terms of adverse drug reactions,dry [P =0.001,OR =0.51,95％Cl (0.34,0.77)],nausea [P=0.05,OR=0.60,95％Cl (0.36,1.00)],tachycardia [P=0.03,OR=0.19,95％ Cl (0.04,0.87)] and weak [P =0.03,OR =0.15,95％Cl (0.03,0.83)] of jiuwei zhenxin granules The control group more than jiuwei zhenxin granules,difference was statistically significant.The other has no statistical significance (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the traditional western medicine,jiuwei zhenxin granules in efficacy was no significant difference the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder,adverse reactions did not increase,and in the dry mouth,nausea,tachycardia and lower incidence of fatigue.
