| 摘 要： | 本文应用放射免疫分析方法研究充血性心衰患者血浆环核苷酸（ｃＡＭＰ，ｃＧＭＰ）水平，发现随心衰程度加重，ｃＡＭＰ、ｃＧＭＰ值增加，ｃＡＭＰ／ｃＧＭＰ值减小，与正常人有显著差异。心衰纠正后，ｃＡＭＰ、ｃＧＭＰ值下降，ｃＡＭＰ／ｃＧＭＰ值增加，与治疗前比，有显著差异。由此可见，血浆中环核苷酸水平可作为衡量心功能的一个指标。

| Abstract: | This paper reports the level of cyclonucleotide in plasma of patients with congestive heart failure with radioimmunoassay plasma cAMP,cGMP levels was found increased with deterioration of heart failure whereas cAMP,cGMP ratio decreased,which are remarkably different from those of healthy people. After heart failure control,cAMP,cGMP level decreased,whereas cAMP,cGMP ratio increasd.There was a remarkable difference between those of the group before treatment and those of the group after treament. Therefore, plasma cyclonucletide level maybe consider as an index of cardiac function. |
