PICC导管所致静脉炎的护理干预及效果评价

目的]探讨PICC置管早期给予护理干预的效果。方法]将100例确诊为恶性肿瘤需行化疗予PICC置管的病人随机分为实验组与对照组,实验组置管后给予早期护理干预,对照组给予常规护理,观察两组病人静脉炎发生及治愈情况。结果]实验组与对照组比较,静脉炎的发生率明显降低,程度明显减轻(P<0.05),出现时间明显推迟(P<0.01),但在静脉炎的治愈时间上两组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),置管部位与静脉炎的发生之间无必然联系。结论]PICC置管早期给予护理干预可降低静脉炎的发生率,减轻病人的痛苦。

Nursing intervention of patients with phlebitis induced by peripherally inserted central catheter and its evaluation

To probe into the effect of early nursing intervention in patients accepted peripherally inserted central catheter indwelling therapy. Method: A total of 100 cases with confirmed diagnosis of malignant tumor undergoing chemotherapy via PICC were divided into test and control groups randomly. Patients of test group were given nursing intervention in an early stage after catheter indwelled. While patients of control group were just given routine care. Both the occurrence and curing of phlebitis among all cases were observed. Result: The occurrence of phlebitis was lower obviously, and the degree of the phlebitis was less in testgroup cases than that in the control group significantly (P<0.05). And times of phlebitis developed were delayed markedly in test group than that in control group (P<0.01). However, there was no significant statistical difference between the two group cases in terms of the heeling time of phlebitis (P>0.05). There was no correlation between the site of catheter indwelling and the occurrence of phlebitis.Conclusion: Early nursing intervention for patients undergoing PICC could lower the occurrence of phlebitis and relieve the suffering of them.
