| 摘 要： | 目的 观察准分子激光近视治疗的结果及并发症。介绍 PRK及LA SIK治疗近视的原理及临床应用。方法 对 789眼不同屈光度的近视进行了准分子激光治疗 ,其中 PRK治疗 2 77眼 ,LA SIK治疗 512眼 ,观察手术后的视力、屈光的变化及并发症的发生率。结果 术后视力达到术前最佳矫正视力者分别为 90 .3 %及 82 .4 % ,术后最常见的并发症是欠矫和过矫。结论 准分子激光对于近视的治疗具有较高的准确性及预测性 ,其效果较稳定。

| Abstract: | Objective The results and the omplications of 789 eyes of myopia treated with the photorefractive keratectomy(PRK)and the laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK)were investigated.Methods The PRK for myopia were performed in 277 and 512 eyes with LASIK. Results The results showed the visual acuity of the 90.3% of eyes with PRK and 82.4% of the eyes with LASIK reached the pre-operative best correct vision.The common complication was the undercorrection and overcorrection.Conclusion The excimer laser for the treatment of the myopia has the advantage of stable effective and predictable results. |
