摘    要:目的 探讨下肢动脉全景外周血管自动减影(Perivision)造影成像技术。方法 使用Siemens Multistar T.O.P.数字减影血管造影系统的Perivision造影成像技术检查了45例下肢动脉血管病变,就有关造影导管端口的位置,注射参数的设置,C形臂的移动等技术进行分析探讨。结果 除2例因为血流速度太快而没有显示病变血管外,其余Perivision造影图象均达到了诊断的要求。结论 Perivision造能快速准确诊断下肢动脉血管疾病,是一种值得推广的成像技术。

Abstract:Objective To study the technique of PERIVISION of arteriography in lower limbs. Methods PERIVISION angiography was performed in 45 cases of arterial disease in lower limbs on DSA system (SIEMENS MULTISTAR T. 0. P. ) . Technical factors, including the location of catheter tip, the contrast medium injection parameters, movement of C - arm, were analyzed. Results Except the unsuccessful imaging of the target arteries in 2 cases because of the rapid blood flow, the rest cases were successfully examined with PERIVISION angiography. Conclusion PERIVISION angiography is a recommendable modality for quick and accurate diagnosis of lesions in the artery of lower limbs.
