新辅助化疗加手术治疗乳腺癌的临床观察

目的:探讨乳腺癌新辅助化疗的可行性和不良反应。方法:从2004年4月~2005年6月,对93例II期~III期可手术乳腺癌病例,随机分为两组:术前化疗组(试验组),行术前化疗2~3个周期,化疗结束后7~10天再予手术,共48例;45例为同期直接手术的乳腺癌病例(对照组)。结果:试验组化疗总有效率为72.9%(35/48);两组的手术难度、手术时间、术中出血量及术后引流量均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:对可手术乳腺癌患者行术前新辅助化疗可使原发病灶缩小,缩小手术范围,提高患者术后的生活质量;未增加手术并发症,可望提高疗效。

Clinical observation of neo- adjuvant chemotherapy combined with surgery in the treatment of breast cancer

Objective:To explore the efficacy and its side effects of neo-adjuvant chemotherapy on breast cancer patients. Methods: From Apr. 2004 to Jun. 2005, 93 cases of breast cancer which were perforformed surgical treatment were divided randomly into two groups 48 with neo-adjuvant chemotherapy (treatment group) for about 2 to 3 cycles and the operaton was performed 7~10 days later other 45 with operation without preoperation treatment(control group). Results: The over all effective rate of the treatmen tgroup was 72.9%(35/48). There was no significant difference on the difficutly of operation, the operation time, the blood loss during operation and the postoperative drainage volume between the two groups. Conclusion: Neo-adjuvant chemotherapy can decrease the size of primary tumor ,reduce the complexity of surgey and improve the quality of life of breast canaer patients. Neo-adjuvant chemotherapy is effective in the treatment of brest cancaer.
