针灸治疗痛经的临床研究进展

本文对近五年来针灸治疗痛经的临床概况从治疗方法上进行综述,并综合分析了针灸治疗(单纯针刺治疗、耳针疗法、艾灸疗法、敷脐疗法、穴位埋线、温针疗法、穴位贴敷、穴位注射等)痛经的疗效和特点,发现针灸治疗痛经疗效可靠,但目前临床诊疗标准、研究方法和针灸作用机制研究仍然存在一些亟待解决的问题。

The Progress of Clinical Research on Acupuncture and Moxibustion Treatment of Dysmenorrhea

The clinical situation on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of dysmenorrhea in nearly five years through the treatment methods were d in this article which analyses comprehensively of the effect and characteristic of the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment(Simple acupuncture and moxibustion treatment,auricular acupuncture therapy,Moxibustion therapy,Chinese herbs on umbilicus therapy,acupoint catgut embedding,needle warming,acupoint application,acupoint injection and so on) of dysmenorrhea.So it is concluded that the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of dysmenorrhea is reliable.But there are still some problems to be solved in the present clinical diagnosis standard,research methods and the study of mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion.
