补肾化痰调周法治疗肾虚痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征50例

目的]观察补肾化痰调周法治疗肾虚痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovarian syndrome,PCOS)的近期及远期临床疗效。方法]50例符合纳入病例标准的患者,采用自身前后对照的方法,以补肾化痰调周法治疗,连续服药30d为1周期,通过观察治疗前后相关情况的变化得出结论。结果]①50例患者,周期行经率为63.60%,恢复排卵率为50.00%,在治疗期间或停药半年内妊娠率为72.00%。②治疗后患者的月经周期、经期、经量较治疗前明显好转,治愈者在停服中药1年时(或产后月经复潮半年时)其月经状况仍明显好于治疗前(P<0.01)。③补肾化痰调周法能降低PCOS患者血清黄体生成素(LH)、雄激素(T)及LH/卵泡生成素(FSH)水平。结论]补肾化痰调周法治疗肾虚痰湿型PCOS具有较好的近期疗效和一定的远期疗效。

Invigorating the Kidney and Resolving Phlegm Tiaozhou Therapy of Kidney Deficiency and Phlegm Damp Type Polycystic Ovary Syndrome in 50 Cases

Objective]To observe the effects of invigorating the kidney and resolving phlegm Tiaozhou therapy of kidney deficiency type Phlegm-damp polycystic ovary syndrome(polycystic ovarian syndrome,PCOS) short term and long term clinical effect.Methods]50 cases with incorporating a standard patients,using self contrast method,to the invigorating the kidney and resolving phlegm Tiaozhou therapy,continuous medication for an 30 day cycle,through related changes were observed before and after the treatment conclusion.Results] ①50 cases,the rate of 63.6% cycles,ovulation rate was 50%,during the treatment or withdrawal in the first half of pregnancy rate was 72%.②after treatment in patients with menstrual cycle,menstrual period,by volume than before treatment significantly improved,healer in stopping medicine 1 years(or postpartum return of menstruation when first half) their menstrual status still significantly better than before treatment,P<0.01,there is significant difference.③the invigorating the kidney and resolving phlegm Tiaozhou can reduce PCOS serum luteinizing hormone(LH),(T) and LH/ androgens follicular hormone(FSH) level.Conclusion] Invigorating the kidney and resolving phlegm Tiaozhou therapy of kidney deficiency and phlegm damp type PCOS has better curative effect in the near future and a long term efficacy.
