利胆汤对慢性胆囊炎湿热证舌苔的影响及临床观察

目的观察慢性胆囊炎湿热证经中药利胆汤治疗后黄腻苔变化,探讨黄腻苔变化在中药治疗慢性胆囊炎湿热证临床疗效评价中的作用。方法将52例慢性胆囊炎湿热证患者随机分为治疗组(n=27)和对照组(n=25),治疗组采用常规治疗(抗炎、解痉等)的同时口服利胆汤;对照组单纯采用常规治疗。观察两组服药2周后的黄腻苔变化及临床疗效。结果治疗后治疗组舌苔分级优于对照组(P<0.05),且临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论利胆汤对慢性胆囊炎湿热证黄腻苔有显著的消退作用,且临床疗效显著。

Effect of Lidantang on Tongue Fur in Damp-heat Syndrome of Chronic Cholecystitis and the Clinical Observation

Objective To observe the changes of tongue fur in damp-heat syndrome of chronic cholecystitis after treatment with Lidantang,and to probe into the application of the tongue fur changes in evaluation of Lidantang therapy on hot and humid of chronic cholecystitis.Methods 52 cases of damp-heat syndrome of chroniccholecystitis were divided into the treatment group(n=27)and the control group(n=25),27 cases of the treatment group were given conventional treatment(the medication of anti-inflammatory and relieving spasm etc.)plus Lidantang treatment,25 cases of the control group were given simple conventional treatment.The change of tongue fur of damp-heat syndrome of chronic cholecystitis and clinical effect of the two groups after 2 weeks treatment were observed respectively.Results After treatment,the tongue grading of the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05),and clinical efficacy showed the same performance as well(P<0.05).Conclusion There were significant regressive effect of Lidantang on tongue fur of damp-heat syndrome of chronic cholecystitis,as well as significant clinical efficacy.
