| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨结肠损伤的术式选择.方法 对手术治疗的78例结肠损伤病人的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 78例中单纯损伤7例,合并伤71例.一期手术治疗63例,术后发生肠瘘1例,治愈62例,死亡1例.二期手术治疗15例,再次手术后发生肠瘘1例,治愈13例,死亡2例.结论 结肠损伤一期手术治疗是一种理想的可行的手术方式.严格掌握手术适应症,完善围手术期处理十分重要.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the choice of operation for colon injury. Methods Retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 78 patients with colon injury tratcd by surgery. Results of the 78 patients, 7 patients had colon injury orly, 71 had combined injuries. In 63 patients (80.7%) treated by one-stage operation, postoperative intestinal fistula (IF) occurred in 1 patient, 62 patients were curried while 1 died. In 15 patients (19.3%) treated by two-stage operation, post-operative IF occurred in 1 patient; 13 patients were curried but 2 died. Conclusions One-stage operation is the Choice for patients with colon injuries, if the indications is striated and preoperative managements are good. |
