| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨保留盆腔植物神经的直肠癌扩大根治术中神经保护及出血的防治方法。方法:对30例直肠癌患者行保留盆腔植物神经的直肠癌扩大根治术并观察其近期并发症的情况。结果:术后排尿困难及性功能不全的发生率均为3.33%。结论:保留植物神经的直肠癌扩大根治术是比较安全的手术方式,手术并发症的防治重点在于注意盆腔植物神经的保护及出血的预防。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore a way of nerve preservation and prevention of bleeding in extended radical resection of rectal carcinoma with the pelvic nerves remained intact.Methods:Short-termed complications were observed in 30 cases of patients who had undergone the operation. Results:The Bladder dysfunction rate and sexual dysfunction rate were all 3.33%. Conclusion:The operation is relatively safe and its complications can be prevented by a close attention to preserve the pelvic nerves and avoid bleeding during the operation. |
