| 摘 要： | 应用笠原法检测１９例肺结节病患考支气管。肺泡灌洗液中血管紧张素转换酶（ＢＡＬＦ－ＡＣＥ）水平，并将灌洗液中的淋巴细胞％，Ｔ辅助细胞／Ｔ抑制细胞（Ｔ＿Ｈ／Ｔｓ）比值与ＢＡＬＦ－ＡＣＥ含量进行相关分析，结果二者之间有明显正相关（ｒ＝０．４４５３，Ｐ＜０．０５和，ｒ＝０．７０８５，Ｐ＜０．０１）。活动性肺结节病随激素治疗病情好转，ＢＡＬＦ－ＡＣＥ水平逐渐下降。提示ＢＡＬＦ－ＡＣＥ是诊断肺结节病及判定其活动性又一敏感的生物学指标。

| Abstract: | ALF ACE levels were assayed in patients withsarcoidosis,and their correlation with lymphocyte per-centage and T_H/T_5 ratio in BALF were analysed.Theresults showed a positive correlation (r= 0. 4453,P<0. 05:r=0.7085,P< 0.01).BALF ACE levelmaywas decreased as patients with active sarcoidosis im-proved clinically,indicating that BALF ACE level be asensitive bilogical parameter in the diagnosis and dis-ease activity assessment of sarcoidosis. |
