妊娠期高血压与抗滋养细胞抗原关系研究

目的探讨妊娠期高血压与抗滋养细胞抗原的关系。方法采用ELISA法测定正常组与妊娠期高血压组母血及脐血中抗滋养细胞抗原IgG、IgM，测定两组产妇血清中抗心磷脂抗体阳性率。结果与正常组比较，妊娠期高血压组母血抗滋养细胞抗原IgG、IgM阳性率具有显著性差异；与正常组比较，妊娠期高血压组脐血抗滋养细胞IgG、IgM阳性率具有显著性差异（P〈O．01）；妊娠期高血压产妇抗心磷脂抗体阳性率显著高于正常组，阳性表达23例，达到42．9％，对妊娠期高血压危险性较高。结论妊娠期高血压母血及脐血抗滋养细胞抗原IgG、IgM升高以及抗心磷脂抗体阳性率增加是妊娠期高血压发病主要因素。
