| 摘 要： | 目的]观察中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法]两组在服用柳氮磺胺嘧啶基础上,中西医结合组采用中药灌肠。对照组采用基础和西药治疗。结果]中西医结合组总有效率90.32%,对照组总有效率64.51%,两组疗效比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论]中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效满意,具有独特优势。

| Abstract: | Objective]To investigate the efficacy of ulcerative colitis therapy with combination traditional chinese and western medicine （CTCAWM）. Methods ] On the base of sulfasalazine, specific traditional chinese medicine to be clysterized in CTCAWM group. Results ] Total effective rate resched 90.32% in CTCAWM group, and only 64.51% in contrast group. Tow groups had significant difference（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion] CTCAWM therapy provided an optimized efficacy. |
