病灶清除一期植骨融合治疗脊柱结核89例疗效分析

目的: 分析脊柱结核病灶清除一期植骨融合的手术疗效。方法: 89例脊柱结核病灶彻底清除后一期植骨融合,前路椎间植骨82例(92%),后路椎板植骨7例(8%)。结果: 随访13~101个月,85例(95.5%)治愈,4例(4.5%)复发。结论: 病灶清除一期植骨融合治疗脊柱结核效果良好,前路植骨优于后路植骨。

Debridement and grafting fusion by first intention for treatment of spinal tuberculosis:A report of 89 cases

Objective:To analyse the operational effect of debridement and interbody fusion in spinal tuberculosis in one stage.Methods:Eighty-nine patients with tuberculosis of spine underwent debridement and interbody fusion in one stage including anterior vertebra grafting in 82 patients(92%) and posterior vertebra grafting in 7 patients(8%).Results:All were involved in a longitudinal study with follow-up for a mean of 43(from 13 to 101) months postoperatively.Eighty-five patients were completely cured with the rate of recurrence at 4.5%.Conclusions:Debridement and interbody fusion in one stage has good effects in treatment of tuberculosis of spine.Anterior interbody fusion is superior to posterior interbody fusion.
