人外周血淋巴细胞电压依赖性钾通道电流的记录及其特性

摘    要:目的:观察人外周血淋巴细胞膜上电压依赖性钾通道的特性。方法:膜片钳记录方法。结果:观察到该通道的最小激活电压为-38.6±2.1mV。复极过程中通道关闭常数为109.25±8.5ms,并可被10mmol/L的TEA所阻断。结论:人外周血淋巴细胞膜上存在着电压依整性钾电流,其物性与神经和肌肉细胞膜上的延迟整流性钾电流相类似。

Abstract:Objective: TO observe the characteristics of vitage--dependent K+ channel in human Peripherallymphocytes. Methods: Patch-clamp recording technique was used. Results:We observed that the activated voltage of K+ channel was 38. 6±2. 1 mV and the time constant of channel closing was 109. 25 IS. 5 ms,and itcould be blocked by 10 mmol/L TEA. Conclusion: There was voltage~deperident K+ channel in human Peripheallymphocytes,and it resembled the delayed rectifier K+ channel of nerve and muscle.
