摘    要:目的:探讨Pokemon和p53蛋白在人肝细胞癌组织中的表达,分析其与肝细胞癌转移复发的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学法检测60例肝细胞癌组织和癌旁组织中Pokemon和p53蛋白的表达情况。结果:60例肝细胞癌组织中Pokemon和p53表达率显著高于癌旁组织(P〈0.05)。Pokemon的表达与临床分期、肿瘤直径、肿瘤分化程度密切相关(P〈0.05);p53的表达与脉管癌栓、术后复发、肝外转移及肿瘤分化程度密切相关(P〈0.05)。Pokemon和p53的表达呈显著正相关(γ=-0.275,P=0.033)。结论:Pokemon和p53蛋白的高表达可能在肝细胞癌的发生及进展中起着重要作用。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the expression of Pokemon and p53 protein in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) and their correlation with metastasis and recurrence.Methods: Immunohistochemisty was employed to determine the expression of Pokemon and p53 in 60 HCC tissues and paired adjacent liver tissues.Results: The positive rates of Pokemon and p53 in tumor tissues were significantly higher compared with paired adjacent liver tissues.The protein expression of Pokemon was significantly correlated with the clinical stage,diameter of tumor and differentiation of tumor;The protein expression of p53 was significantly correlated with blood vessel thrombosis,recurrence of tumor,presence of extrahepatic metastasis and the differentiation of tumor.There was a significantly positive relationship of Pokemon with p53.Conclusion: The overexpression of Pokemon and p53 protein in HCC might enhance the hepatocytes proliferation and malignance and play an important role in progress of HCC.
