中药感舒体内抗菌实验研究

目的通过感舒的体内抗菌实验,观察其抗菌作用,为其治疗上呼吸道感染性疾病提供实验依据。方法金黄色葡萄球菌和肺炎链球菌分别培养18h增殖后,用5%干酵母溶液稀释成不同浓度,分别对小鼠体内腹腔注射,选用80%~100%致死率的金黄色葡萄球菌和肺炎链球菌的5%干酵母溶液,感染给药小鼠,观测给药小鼠在染菌后7 d内的平均存活天数和死亡率。结果中药感舒的1.00,0.50,0.25 g/kg剂量均能不同程度的抑制金黄色葡萄球菌和肺炎链球菌感染小鼠的死亡率并延长平均存活天数。结论中药感舒具有一定的体内抗菌作用,与临床治疗上呼吸道感染效果相符。

Study on the Antibacterial Effect of Ganshu in Infected Mice Body

Objective The antibacterial effect of Ganshu in infected mice was studied in order to provide experimental evidence for its clinical application.Methods Staphylococcus aureus(SA) and Streptococcus pneumoniae(SP) were cultured for 18 hours,and then 5% yeast liquor was added each of them to a suitable level which made 80%~100% in fected mice death.Then each of the suitable bacterial liquor were inocutated into the abdominal cauity of mice who had given corresponding medicines for 3 days.Death rate and average survival time were both observed and analyzed within 7 days after in efected.Results Ganshu high dose,middle dose and low dose could all depress the death rate and lengthen the average survival time of mice infected by SA and infected by SP.Conclusion The 3 doses of Ganshu have remarkable effect on mice infected by SA and SP,showing its antibacterial effect in vivo.
