灵丹王养肝胶囊对小鼠NK细胞活性的影响

目的：研究养肝前囊对NK细胞活性的影响，方法：137C辐射（2．5Gy)后造成机体的免疫功能下降，NK细胞活性降低，分组：不同剂量灵丹王养胶囊10g/kg,5g/kg给药组，黄芪组，对照组，分析治疗前后NK细胞水平，结果：不同剂量灵丹王养肝胶囊给药组与黄氏组，其NK细胞水平平均比对照组为高，以10g/kg组为最佳，其值接正常小鼠NK细胞活性水平，经统计学处理与对照组相比，差别有显著意义。而5g/kg组和黄芪组与对照组比，则无统计学意义。结论：灵丹王养肝胶囊能提高137Cs照射（2．5Gy)小鼠的NK细胞活性，而以剂量10g/kg为最佳。

Effect of Liver-Nourishing Capsule (Lingdan Wang) on the Activity of NK Cells in Mice

Objevtive: To evaluate the effect of liver-nourishing capsule on the activity of NK cells in mice. Methods: After induced by 2.5Gy 137Cs irradiation, the model mice were randomly devided into four groups of which two were gastrogavaged different dose of liver-nourishing capsule (5. 0g/kg, 10/gkg) for two weeks, two other groups asrragalus and 0. 9% NS control. The activity of NK cells in each groups was investigated. Results: The activity of NK cells in different dose of liver nourishing capsule and asrragalus groups were all higher than 0. 9% NS control. NK cells activity in liver-nourishing capsule high-dose (10. 0g/kg) was higher significantly than 0. 9% NS control (P<0. 05), even close to that in normal mice; while there were no significantly difference in liver-nourishing capslue low dose(5.0g/kg)and asrragalus groups contrasting with NS control. Conclusion: Lingdanwang liver-nourishing capsule could engance the activity of NKcells in 137Cs irradiation mice, the best high dose group.
