摘    要:目的测定大佛指银杏中银杏酚酸的含量,为制定银杏产品的质量标准提供参考。方法利用超声萃取方法提取银杏酚酸,用高压液相色谱法(HPLC)测定大佛指银杏的中种皮、内种皮、胚乳和胚芽中的银杏酚酸含量。结果胚芽中的银杏酚酸含量最高64.415μg/g,依次是内种皮中的含量为16.030μg/g,中种皮中的含量为5.277μg/g,胚乳中的含量为0.103μg/g。结论大佛指银杏的中种皮、内种皮、胚乳和胚芽中都含有白果新酸(C13∶0)、白果酸(C15∶1)、十七烷二烯银杏酸(C17:2)、氢化白果酸(C15∶0)、十七烷一烯银杏酸(C17:1);胚芽中银杏酚酸总量最高,在今后银杏的开发中可以考虑不含胚芽的产品。

Abstract:Objective To determine the content of ginkgolic acids in ginkgo nuts for providing a reference in the development of quality standards for ginkgolic products.Method Ultrasonic extraction was used from ginkgolic nuts and the content of ginkgolic acids was analysed by HPLC.Results The highest content of ginkgolic acids in germ was 64.415 μg/g,followed by the content within the endopleura was 16.030 μg/g,5.277 μg/g in mesosperm,0.103 μg/g in endosperm.Conclusion C13∶0、C15∶1,C17:2,C15∶0 and C17:1 are all in mesosperm,endopleura,endosperm and germ,yet the germ is the highest of all.The results suggest that germ will not be used for preparing gingko products due to its high contents of ginkgolic acid.
