中西医结合治疗重症肌无力的效果评价

目的研究中西医结合治疗重症肌无力(MG)的疗效。方法选择在我院确诊的MG患者62例,随机分成观察组和对照组。对照组使用皮质类固醇药泼尼松及抗胆碱酯酶药吡啶斯的明,观察组在对照组的基础上结合中药复方扶正强筋片,1个疗程结束后对两组患者疗效和乙酰胆碱受体抗体变化进行比较。结果观察组总有效率为87.5%高于对照组总有效率63.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。抢救成功后,两组患者MG临床症状改善的同时,乙酰胆碱受体抗体明显降低,而且观察组比对照组改善明显。结论中西医结合治疗MG,临床效果显著且具有良好的安全性。

Evaluation about Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Myasthenia Gravis

Objective To study the curative effect of the combined Chinese and Western medicine treatment on mysasthenia gravis(MG).Methods 62 patients in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Control group received corticosteroids prednisone and anti-cholinesterase drug pyridostigmine,while the observation group received compund recipe of Fuzhengqiangjin tablet basis for the treatment of control group.After a course of treatment,the level of acetylcholine receptor antibody and curative effect in two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate(87.5%)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(63.3%).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After successful rescue,clinical symptoms of MG in the two groups were improved,meanwhile the level of acetylcholine receptor antibody significantly reduced,and the observation group were improved significantly.Conclusion The treatment of combined Chinese and Western medicine in MG is effective and safe.
