亚甲蓝肋间神经阻滞治疗神经源性疼痛的疗效观察

目的：探讨亚甲蓝肋间神经阻滞治疗神经源性疼痛的临床疗效。方法：对42例神经源性疼痛患者采用1%亚甲蓝肋间神经阻滞治疗,观察止痛疗效和不良反应。结果：42例患者显效28例,有效14例,总有效率为100%,各级疼痛程度与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05、P〈0.01）。不良反应主要有蓝色针痕、蓝色尿液、局部灼痛、局部水肿和疼痛复发加重。结论：亚甲蓝肋间神经阻滞治疗神经源性疼痛安全、有效、经济实用,能够永久消除或长期缓解疼痛,值得临床进一步探讨和应用。

Therapeutic effect of intercostal nerve block with methylene blue on neuropathic pain

Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effect of intercostal nerve block with methylene blue on neuropathic pain.Methods： 42 cases of patients with neuropathic pain were treated with methylene blue（1%） by intercostal nerve block,effective power of alleviate pain and incidence rate of adverse reaction were observed.Results： Therapeutic effect was out-standing on 28 patients and was effective on 14 patients,total effective rate of 100%,compared with that before treatment,there was significant differences on the degree of pain（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.Primary adverse reaction were blue injection mark,blue urine,local burning pain,local edema,pain relapse and pain aggravation.Conclusion： It is safe,valid and economic of treating intercostal neuropathic pain with methylene blue by nerve block,which could chronically release or eliminate pain,and was valuable to clinical application.
