| 摘 要： | 良好的医患沟通是医疗服务质量的重要保障.本文从消化系统疾病及患者的特点出发,探讨了消化内科学临床教学中培养实习生医患沟通能力的重要性和具体方法.Abstract：Favorable doctor-patient communication is the important guarantee of medical service quality. From the characteristic of gastrointestinal diseases and patients, the importance of the training of doctor-patient communication skill in the clinical teaching of gastroenterology were explored in this paper,and the training methods were analysed.
