柴芍承气汤对急性胰腺炎患者T细胞亚群及白介素的影响

目的探讨柴芍承气汤对急性胰腺炎患者T细胞亚群及白细胞介素IL-6、IL-8的影响。方法46例重症急性胰腺炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组给予常规治疗，治疗组加用柴芍承气汤，治疗7天，治疗前后分别检测T细胞亚群及白细胞介素IL-6、IL-8。结果T细胞亚群检测显示治疗组经治疗后，CD4^＋、CD4^＋／CD8^＋明显升高（P〈0．01），CD8^＋明显下降（P〈0．05），IL-6及IL-8明显下降（P〈0．01）。结论柴芍承气汤可能通过调节T细胞亚群及白细胞介素，改善急性胰腺炎患者的免疫功能。

Effect of Chaishao Chengqi Decotion on T-Lymphocyte-subsets and Interleukin in Patients with Severe Acute Pancreatitis

Objective To explore the effect of Chaishao Chengqi Decotion on T-Lymphocyte-subsets, Interleukin-6 （IL-6）and Interleuldn-8 （IL-8） in patients with severe acute pancreatitis （SAP）. Methods 46 patients with SAP were randomly divided into 2 groups： control group and treatment group; routine treatment was applied to patients in both groups while Chaishao Chengqi Decotion was add- ed to patients in treatment group with a course of 7 days; the plasma concentrations ofT-Lymphocyte-subsets, IL-6 and IL-8 were detect- ed before and after treatment. Results CD4^＋ and ratio of CD4^＋/CD8^＋ in patients of treatment group increased obviously （P〈0.01 ） while CD8^＋ decreased obviously （P〈0.05） as well as level oflL-6 and IL-8 （P〈0.01）. Conclusions Chaishao Chengqi Decotion can improve immunologic function of the patients with SAP by regulating T-Lymphocyte-subsets and Interleukin.
