116例儿童过敏性紫癜临床分析

目的：分析儿童过敏性紫癜（henoch-schonlein purpura,HSP）临床发作特点、首发症状及发病规律,用于进一步指导临床预防、治疗,减少误诊。方法：对116例过敏性紫癜患儿病因、临床表现、治疗转归等进行回顾性分析。结果：116例患儿均有皮肤紫癜表现,有明确诱因者占89.65%,其中感染最多见;病变累及多种组织器官,除皮肤表现外,45例患儿出现消化道症状,47例出现关节症状,38例表现出肾脏损害;所有病例经治疗后均好转,无死亡病例。结论：过敏性紫癜早期表现多样,容易误诊,早期诊断及治疗对患儿预后具有重要意义。

Analysis of Clinical Treatment Effect on 116 Cases of Pediatric Allergic Purpura

Objective ： To analyze the character of clinical paroxysm, the first symptom and the occurrence regular- ity of pediatric allergic purpura, which can be used to direct the clinical prevention and treatment and reduce misdiagno- sis. Methods： The etiology, clinical manifestations, treatment and outcome of 116 cases of pediatric allergic purpura were retrospectively analyzed. Results： All of the 116 cases children had the manifestations of skin purpura, and only 89.65 % of them got a clear incentive, in which infection was the most common incentive. The lesions involved a variety of tissues and organs. In addition to the manifestations of skin, 45 cases of the children showed gastrointestinal symp- toms, 47 cases emerged joint symptoms, and 38 cases got kidney damage. All cases improved after the treatment, and no deaths. Conclusion： The early manifestations of allergic purpura are various, which results in the misdiagnosis oc- curred easily. Therefore, early diagnosis and treatment have great significance on the prognosis of patients.
