从肝论治失眠的文献研究

目的:研究失眠从肝论治的中医证型分布情况,揭示涉及肝脏的证候分布规律。方法:通过计算机检索和手工检索国内外有关中医药治疗失眠的文献,将纳入的425篇文献进行证型分布情况统计与评价。结果:出现频率在3%以上的证型共计7种,分别为肝郁化火、肝郁气滞、肝阳上亢、肝郁血瘀、肝血亏虚、肝肾阴亏、肝郁脾虚。其中以实证为主,并涉及除肝脏外的其他病位有6个。结论:失眠从肝论治具备理论依据及临床实践基础,且也成为本病的主要临床证型。在以情志失调为主因所致失眠的患者群中,均可从肝辨证论治。

Literature study of treating insomnia from liver

Objective: To study Chinese medical pattern distribution of insomnia.Methods: To tally 425 articles on Chinese medicine for insomnia were retrieved and estimated,aiming at pattern distribution evaluation.Results: The above 3% patterns according to frequency were: liver depression transforming into fire syndrome,liver qi stagnation syndrome,liver yang hyperactivity syndrome,liver blood stagnation syndrome,liver blood deficiency syndrome,liver-kidney yin deficiency syndrome and liver-spleen maladjustment syndrome,most of the syndromes above are excess syndrome.Besides liver,it has internal relationship with other six positions in the human body.Conclusion: Above the foundation of theory and clinical practice,we find that liver disorder is the main etiological factor of insomnia,so by means of syndrome differentiation from liver aspect we can treat patients with insomnia caused by emotional problems.
