乳牙滞留拔除后即刻种植的临床体会

目的:探讨乳牙滞留患者拔牙后即刻种植体植入的临床特点及可行性。方法:对10例单个或多个乳牙滞留患者采用乳牙拔除后即刻植入Ankylos或Xive根形种植体,术后常规修复随访一年,收集临床及影像学资料,参照Albrektsson种植义齿的成功标准及Jemt种植义齿美学标准对疗效进行评价,并调查患者满意度。结果:10例患者15颗种植体均为上前牙单冠修复,植体随访一年临床及放射影像学检查结果显示正常,患者对功能及美学效果满意。结论:乳牙滞留患者可以采用拔牙后即刻种植并取得良好美学效果。

Immediate implant for retained deciduous teeth in clinical practice

Object： To explore the retained deciduous teeth extraction immediate implant placement in patients with the clinical features and risks. Methods： 10 patients with single or multiple retained deciduous teeth were treated with Ankylos or Xive root - shaped implants immediately after teeth extraction,Follow - up of convention repair for one year to collect information on clinical and imaging therapeutic effect. Results： 15 implants all were in anterior maxilla,repaired with single - crown,one year follow - up clinical and radiographic examinations showed normal with functional and aesthetic results were satisfactory. Conclusions： The clinical patients with retained deciduous teeth can be used immediately after tooth extraction plan and achieved good aesthetic effect.
