十二指肠镜与胆道镜联合治疗较复杂胆管残余结石

目的：探讨对复杂残余结石与微创外科治疗的有效方法。方法：１９９６－０１至１９９９－０７－０１期间收治胆道残余结石３４例，其中１８例经十二指肠镜与胆道镜网取石联合治疗。结果：二镜联合治疗是作为复杂胆道残余结石的重要治疗方法，临床疗效肯定。结论：对复杂胆道残余结石处于关键在在于预防，尤其在术前应全面检查，合理选择术式，增另对微创外科在胆道结石治疗重要地位的认识。而复杂胆道残余结石的微创伤治疗是首选方法

The Combing Treatment of Complicated Residual Stone with Duodenoscopy and Choledochoscopy.

Objective:To find the effective way that can be treated by minimally invosive surgery and prevent complicated residual gallstone.Methods:From Sep 1,1996 to July 1,1999,34 patients with residual gallstone were treated in our endoscopic center.Among them 18 patients were treated by duodenoscopic and choledochoscopic stone extraction.Results:That the treatment by the two endoscopic stone extraction technique plays a predominant role in the treatment of complicated biliaryresidual gallstone and the effect is content.Conclusion:Prevention is the most important step for the complicated residual gallstone,especially preoperative compeletely check,and approriate operative mode.Doctors should improve knowledge about the important role of minimally invosive surgery in biliary gollstone.That the threatment by minimally invosive surgery is almost the first choice for the cases with complicated residual gullstone.
