微螺钉种植体支抗在成人牙列缺损正畸中的应用

目的:探讨微螺钉种植体在成人牙列缺损患者中的支抗应用。方法:成人牙列缺损、常规正畸支抗难以完成矫治的患者9例,分A、B、C3组。治疗前后取标准牙牙合模型,拍X线头颅定位侧位片。常规手术植入微螺钉种植体。结果:A组磨牙平均压低3.81 mm,对牙合第1磨牙种植义齿修复。B组第2磨牙竖直、压低,牙排列整齐,恢复咬牙合功能。C组切牙切缘平均内收3.02 mm,患者牙排列整齐,侧貌改善明显。结论:微螺钉种植体是一种具有稳固、舒适等特点的支抗,可以代替传统的支抗,在成人牙列缺损患者中发挥强大的支抗作用,扩大临床矫治的适应症。

Application of Microscrew Anchorage for Adult Orthdontic Treatment with Defect of Dentition

Objective: To study the effects of microscrew anchorage for adult orthdontic treatment with defect of dentition.Methods: Nine adult patients who were difficult in nomal orthdontic anchorage treatment were divided into three groups.Microscrews were implanted to replace the traditional anchorage.Standard models and lateral cephal-grams were taken at the beginning and the end of the treatment.Results: In group A the molars were average intruded 3.81 mm without unwanted side effects.In group B the microscrews were used to upright and intrude the lower second molars efficiently and in group C the incisors moved 3.02 mm palatelly and the dentition were well-arranged with good profile of the patients.Conclusion: Microscrew implant is an effective anchorage used in adults with defect of dentition to intrude the molars,uprighting the molar and retracting the anterior teeth.
