康莱特联合顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效观察

目的观察康莱特联合顺铂(PDD)治疗胸腔积液的近期疗效和毒副作用。方法48例恶性胸腔积液患者，先采用美国Arrow公司生产的一次性单腔中心静脉导管，进行胸腔穿刺置管和闭式引流胸水，再给予胸腔内注药，其中A组(n=25)康莱特加顺铂，B组(n=23)顺铂。康莱特每次注入100ml，顺铂每次注入50mg／m^2，每周注射1次，连续注射2周，一个月后观察两组的疗效及不良反应。结果康莱特加顺铂对恶性胸腔积液的有效率为80％，优于顺铂单用组。结论胸腔闭式引流后注入康莱特加顺铂，治疗恶性胸腔积液，疗效肯定，是控制恶性胸腔积液的有效方法。

Effect of Kang LaiTe injection and PDD in treatment of malignant pleural effusion

Objective To evaluate the response and ad ve rse reactions of Kang LaiTe injection and PDD in treatment of malignant pleural effusion.Methods All 48 patients with malignant pleural e ffusion were applied with single lumen central venous cathetes made by Arrow Com pany.All patients were received the closed thoracic drainage and divided into tw o groups.The patients in group A(n=25) were treated by intracavity injection of Kang LaiTe and PDD,and those in group B(n=23)were treated by intracavity injecti on of PDD. Kang LaiTe injection at a dose of 100ml every time,was injected intra pleurally and that of PDD was 50mg/m2 every time.The above dosage was given on e time/week for 2 weeks.The therapeutic effect and adverse reactions were observ ed after one month.Results Overall objective response rat e(complete+partial remission) of 80%(20/25) in the group A was higher than that of 52.2% in the group B.Conclusion After draining complet ely the pleural fluid,the intracavity injection of Kang LaiTe and PDD is more ef fective for the treatment of malignan pleural effusion.
