| 摘 要： | 单纯收缩期高血压（ISH）是老年人高血压的一种特殊类型，占老年人高血压的一半以上，它有其自身的发病基础及临床特点，与其他类型的老年人高血压相比，它对心、脑、肾等重要靶器官的损害更加严重。本文将对老年单纯收缩期高血压的发病机制、临床特点及治疗作一简要综述。

| Abstract: | Isolated Systolic Hypertension(ISH)is the especial type of hypertension in aged people.The prevalence of ISH is over than 50% with special pathogenesis and clinical cheracteristics,ISH severely damages in heart,brain and kidney.This article reviewed the pathogenesis,chinical characterisics and therapy in ISH. |
