| 摘 要： | 目的探讨心理诱导在儿童牙科畏惧症患者中临床应用的价值。方法选择282名接受窝沟封闭治疗的6~8岁儿童,随机分为诱导组和对照组,采用Veerkamp牙科畏惧症评价标准评价初诊和复诊时心理诱导效果,比较两组牙科畏惧症的发生情况。结果诱导组与对照组儿童牙科畏惧症的发生率差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,且诱导组在两次就诊过程中畏惧程度差异也具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论临床医疗活动中心理诱导对减少儿童牙科畏惧症的发生起到一定作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical application value of psychological induction in children＇s dental fear patients.Methods Selected in the children,aged 6 to 8 years old,a total of 282 people.They were divided into induction group and control group with the random number table,when the first visit and subsequent visit,based on Veerkamp clinical ratings of anxiety and cooperative to value the affects of psychological induction,to compare the occurrence of children＇s dental fear of two groups.Results The incidence of children＇s dental fear has a statistically significant differences between the induction group and control group（P 0.01）.And the fear of induction group in the two treatment process is also statistically significant differences（P 0.01）.Conclusion It has good effect to induce children＇s dental fear by psychological induction during the process of clinical. |
